Maritime professions: after training, what?

In discussions about maritime professions, we often focus on the training offer, both at basic and higher and specialist education levels. The debate on the labor market and the gap between job demand and worker availability occupies another chapter in which there is very little or no communication between supply and demand. The session, which sees the participation in various capacities of all interested parties, both public and private, therefore aims to try to make the two worlds communicate.

MAIN TOPICS

  • Seafaring professions, communication is a factor
  • Training, profession, vocation
  • The training offer and job needs
  • The interchange between public and private opportunities
