Blue Connect

BLUE CONNECT is an initiative developed as part of Naples Shipping Week 2026, dedicated to promoting career opportunities in the maritime and port sector and, more broadly, in the Blue Economy sector. The event, organized by Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, and Clickutility Team, will take place on October 29 and 30, 2026, at the Stazione Marittima Convention Center in Naples, concurrently with the Main Conference Port&ShippingTech, one of the leading events for the maritime and port sector at both the national and international levels.
This is a national B2B trade show and conference focused on the Blue Economy and integrated with a Career Day—an excellent opportunity, given the sector’s growing importance and the need to bridge the skills gap.

The event will be organized into three main areas:

CAREER GUIDANCE WORKSHOPS

Students will have the opportunity to explore the various career paths in the maritime and logistics sectors, gain a better understanding of their own aptitudes, and interact directly with experts in recruitment and human resources.

SEMINARS AND CONFERENCE SESSIONS

A packed schedule of meetings with industry professionals and speakers. Students will also have the opportunity to attend some sessions of Port&ShippingTech, the main conference of Naples Shipping Week.

CAREER DAY - BLUE SKILLS VILLAGE

The event where job seekers and employers meet face-to-face. Participating companies will have dedicated booths and will host speed interviews and networking sessions, offering concrete opportunities for internships, career guidance, and job placement not only to students and recent graduates, but also to industry professionals interested in exploring new career opportunities.
